Pavel Tsatsouline on the Science of Strength and the Art of Physical Performance
Tim Ferriss consistently produces excellent and informative podcasts. He asks questions that dig deep and is always looking at extracting information and actionable take-home points out of some of the world’s experts in a variety of disciplines. Last week Tim’s guest was none other than Pavel Tsatsouline, known by many as the man who popularised the kettlebell in the western world. Yet as you’ll learn when you listen to the podcast this is just one small facet of Pavel’s approach to fitness. This is amongst the best of Tim’s podcasts and is the hands-down the best and most in-depth interview I’ve heard with Pavel.

I guarantee it will change your business — and your life — forever.”

The study is aptly known as ‘Facial Changes Caused By Smoking: a Comparison Between Identical Twins; Smokers and Non-Smokers’.
